As a member of the management team, Tom leads the firm’s Business Development and Marketing function providing strategic and operational support on the firm’s client relationships and profile. He works closely with our lawyers and management team across all five offices to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
His role focuses on execution of our business development and marketing strategy, and includes managing our client relationship programme, tender management, secondments, pricing, brand and marketing communications.
Tom is an independent consultant focused on helping services businesses improve their performance. He has held operational, business development and marketing roles with a range of services organisations spanning law and accounting to banking, property and construction.
Based in Auckland, Tom is covering Saskia Glass’s role while she is on parental leave.
