David is a member of our national private client team and specialises in estate planning, residential and commercial property, and immigration matters.
In providing estate planning advice, he works with clients to prepare wills, trusts and relationship property agreements. David also assists executors in obtaining probate documents and administering estates. He works with a wide range of clients, from young adults starting out in business or personal relationships, to high net worth individuals needing specialist advice.
David helps clients buy and sell residential and commercial property and acts for a number of trusts with large commercial and residential property portfolios. He negotiates leases for both landlords and tenants and has recently provided leasing advice to listed companies and government agencies.
David’s work with immigration involves helping individuals get work and residency visas in New Zealand. He also assists businesses in obtaining accreditation to recruit staff from overseas.
