Steve strives to provide sound front-end advice on all aspects of employment law, including employment agreements and entitlements, investigations, and restructures.

He also has extensive experience in debt recovery, insolvency, property, and company matters. Steve regularly acts for creditors, liquidators, directors and can help you navigate matters such as statutory demands, liquidation, bankruptcy, shareholder oppression claims, breaches of director duties, and commercial lease disputes.
