Siobhan’s experience as in-house counsel for a government regulator means she understands the constraints on legal teams. She has in-depth knowledge of the complex landscape government agencies operate in and has extensive experience providing advice on a range of matters including government decision making, procurement and contracting, Commerce Commission inquiries, and Official Information Act requests. She has experience in litigation including appearances in the District and High Court. Her experience in this area brings an additional perspective to her advice which is commercially astute and defensible.
