As a member of the management team, I lead the firm’s People and Culture function to manage and provide strategic and operational support on the firm's people related activities to deliver the firm’s strategic priorities. Our talented team are responsible for the full gambit of HR activities including managing a reputable graduate programme, employment branding, culture and engagement, onboarding and retention, recognition and reward, organisational development, and leadership development.
The People and Culture team works hard to maintain a high standard of employee satisfaction and engagement and as part of my role, I regularly travel around the firm to ensure there is consistent HR support, visibility, and guidance.
Prior to joining Duncan Cotterill, I worked in various senior HR roles across a diverse range of industries.
