I am a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer and advise on a broad range of disputes, providing practical advice to help clients achieve their desired outcomes.
My main areas of practice are employment and health and safety law, family law, and professional disciplinary matters. I have previously practised in criminal law, and have extensive experience conducting Court hearings as well as negotiating agreements outside of Court.
In the employment space, I provide guidance to employers including on agreements and policies, performance management and disciplinary processes, and managing potential or actual personal grievances. A key area of my practice is managing the effects of COVID-19 on business, including health and safety responses and vaccination policies. I also assist employees in navigating processes with their employer including negotiated exits.
My family law practice includes advising on pre- and post-relationship issues, including contracting out and separation agreements in regards to relationship property, childcare arrangements, and trust and estate disputes.
I assist professionals with disciplinary matters, including complaints to their registration board or the Health and Disability Commissioner.
