I am available to advise on all issues arising from the employment relationship, including:
- Employment agreements and policies
- Holidays and leave
- Performance management
- Disciplinary processes
- Independent investigations
- Disciplinary matters potentially overlapping with criminal law
- Restructuring and redundancy
- Restraints of trade
- Medical incapacity
- Independent contractor agreements
- Health and safety
Prior to joining Duncan Cotterill, I worked for a boutique specialist employment law firm where I represented employer and employee clients across a broad range of industries. I am a very experienced litigator and have significant dispute resolution experience in the context of personal grievances, restraints of trade, and health and safety matters.
I have also previously practised law in England, both as a barrister and as a government lawyer. I was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2001 as a member of Middle Temple.
