Guy leads the firm’s People & Culture function while the incumbent is on parental leave. In this role, he provides strategic and operational leadership across all people‑related activity, ensuring the firm continues to deliver on its people strategy and maintain the high standards that underpin its success.
Guy oversees key areas including organisational development, culture and engagement, leadership capability, talent management, and the firm’s award‑winning graduate programme. He works closely with the P&C team and the wider partnership to support a positive employee experience, strengthen employment branding, and enable the firm’s ongoing growth.
With more than three decades of experience in HR leadership, consulting, and organisational development, Guy brings a pragmatic, people‑centred approach to shaping high‑performing workplaces. Prior to joining Duncan Cotterill, he worked across the UK, Middle East, and Europe, advising a wide range of organisations and leaders on building capability, navigating change, and creating environments where people thrive.
Guy is on a fixed term contract until October 2026, covering Anne-Marie Way’s Parental Leave.
