She provides tailored solutions to her clients, ranging from negotiating settlements, issuing letters of demand and Statutory Demands, to liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings when necessary.
In addition, Gemma also provides support to clients in preparing and defending claims in the Disputes Tribunal. This includes drafting legal submissions that helps the Disputes Tribunal referee comprehend a client’s case, as well as guiding clients in presenting their evidence in a clear and succinct manner.
