Alex is a litigator who specialises in contentious insurance work, advising on a range of indemnity and recovery matters.
She has a broad range of litigation experience and has acted on matters involving employment law, bankruptcy and liquidations, debt recovery, contractual disputes and contentious trust, estate and relationship property.
Alex focuses her practice on assisting clients with policy response advice, defending insurers on indemnity issues, and recoveries whether subrogated or from liable third parties.
She has appeared both independently and as junior counsel in the District Court and High Court on behalf of clients.
