Aimee is a property, trust and commercial specialist in the Christchurch office of Duncan Cotterill.

With 25+ years in the legal industry, she has significant experience across a range of legal areas including:

  • Residential, commercial and agri (dairy and orchards) sales and purchases;
  • Asset protection and trust work involving both simple and complex trust structures;
  • Succession planning;
  • Property development and subdivisions;
  • Commercial and agri leases;
  • Licences including for occupation, access, grazing and maintenance;
  • Business and asset sales and purchases;
  • Shareholder agreements and arrangements;
  • Property renewal energy and transmission work including negotiation and drafting of acquisition, lease and easement documentation.

Originally from Southland, Aimee has a genuine interest in people and businesses, and understanding what drives them. She loves problem solving and advocating for her clients, and prides herself on her ability to break down the law into an understandable language.
