The firm is delighted to announce the appointment of Special Counsel Lily Barnes to our Queenstown office.
Lily is a commercial and property lawyer who acts for a wide range of clients, from first home buyers and start-up businesses to large-scale commercial operators and property developers.
Lily is a commercial and property lawyer and has extensive experience in property transactions (residential, rural and commercial conveyancing and commercial leasing), property development, and commercial matters (business and share acquisitions and disposals, terms of trade, business contracts and business structuring). Lily also has an active private client practice, and regularly advises on asset structuring matters.
Lily’s appointment adds to the depth of talent and expertise in the Queenstown office. Lily will support Queenstown partners Alastair Holland and Louise McNaughton as the office continues its growth trajectory in the Southern Lakes region.
