Lily is a commercial and property lawyer based in our Queenstown office. Lily acts for a wide range of clients, including home buyers, business owners, and property developers.

Lily has particular experience in commercial transactions including assisting with business and share acquisitions and disposals, preparing shareholder agreements and advising on business and asset structuring.

Lily frequently assists clients with property transactions and has over 10 years’ experience working with both small and large-scale property developers.

She also works closely with private clients in asset structuring matters.

Lily is currently on parental leave.

Property

Assisting property developers on all aspects of both residential and commercial property development from pre-purchase feasibility through to acquisition, development and titling.

Commercial

Working closely with SME owners including providing structuring advice and succession planning, drafting and reviewing terms of trade and service agreements for various industries.

Private Client

Advising private clients on asset structuring matters including preparing wills, enduring powers of attorney and family trusts.
