She has a wealth of experience assisting clients of all sizes to navigate complex employment issues and achieve effective and pragmatic outcomes.

Erin takes a strategic approach to advising clients of all levels, from small businesses to not-for-profit organisations and multi-national corporations, on employment-related issues such as redundancy, performance management, investigations, disciplinary processes, medical incapacity, Labour Inspector matters and resolving personal grievance claims. She runs training sessions for employers on the fundamentals of employment law and enjoys working with employers to achieve pragmatic employment relations outcomes.

She also represents employees to raise and resolve employment issues they have with their employers.

Erin represents clients on a range of contentious matters at mediation and in the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court as required.

She also has experience acting as an independent investigator in bullying and harassment cases.
