He has particularly strong expertise in New Zealand’s technology, aerospace and energy sectors. He regularly advises companies and investors in these sectors on strategic transactions.
Before re-joining Duncan Cotterill, Gareth worked in the UK corporate teams of Osborne Clarke and Pinsent Masons where he specialised in private M&A, private equity and venture capital.
