I am part of our Christchurch commercial team and focus on a wide range of property, agribusiness, trust and private client matters.

I advise clients on a wide range of property matters, from the sale and acquisition of commercial, residential and rural properties to commercial leasing and property developments including unit title and other subdivisions. My agribusiness experience includes advising a large number of dairy and sheep and beef industry farmers and includes advice on asset structuring and rural succession planning.

I also advise on a range of business related legal matters such as the sale and acquisition of businesses, business structuring, financing and commercial agreements, and on all aspects of succession planning and asset protection, with a particular interest in trust law.
