Anna specialises in family and relationship law. She assists clients across a broad range of family law matters, providing pragmatic advice in an empathetic manner.
She works with clients to reach agreement through negotiation and also regularly appears in the Family Court across the country.
Anna is able to assist with obtaining urgent Property, Parenting and Protection Orders from the Family Court where there are immediate concerns. She also has experience in obtaining orders under the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988 where a family member has lost capacity and is no longer able to manage their own affairs.
Her background in law and psychology means that she is well placed to guide clients through what is often a very stressful and emotional time.
Anna is currently on parental leave.
Representing clients in the Family Court on various guardianship issues relating to their children including relocation, schooling, and name-changes.
Advising clients in respect of Contracting Out Agreements to ensure assets and wealth are protected and property is dealt with in line with their wishes.
Representing the executor and executrix of a will in respect of family protection testamentary promises claims brought against the Estate.
Assisting property managers in preparing and filing Statements of Property Manager as required by the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988.
Providing advice to clients regarding child support liability
