Before joining Duncan Cotterill, I was part of a leading specialist employment law firm in Wellington, and have worked closely with a number of New Zealand’s most significant private and public sector entities. I regularly represent clients at mediation, in the Employment Relations Authority and in the Employment Court. I have also been engaged to undertake independent investigations into workplace complaints, and to act as the employer advocate in collective bargaining with major unions.
I present at seminars and provide in-house training to clients, am on the editorial board of the Lexis Nexis Employment Law Bulletin and am a member of the Auckland District Law Society Employment Law Committee.
