We have a number of workshops to help identify and capture your IP including:

  • a deep-dive into your business showing you how to capture your IP and identify any gaps or potential conflicts;
  • training in how to prepare a trade mark filing strategy and choose the right trade mark to protect in an application for registration; and
  • a demonstration of how to choose a strong trade mark / brand which is easy to defend and that is able to be used and registered without conflict.

Governance

  • comply with your obligations under the Companies Act
  • ensure that directors, board members, trustees are aware of their roles and responsibilities;
