She has a particular focus on corporate governance, business sales and acquisitions, regulatory frameworks, intellectual property, compliance with consumer laws, and privacy. Tracey also advises on a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply of goods and services, distribution, support and maintenance, licences, commercialising and protecting intellectual property and co-existence agreements.
