Tim supports a wide range of private and commercial clients in relation to property and commercial matters throughout New Zealand. He regularly advises on residential and commercial property transactions, land development projects, the sale and purchase of businesses and commercial leasing.

Tim has a wealth of work and life experience, having practised in a variety of roles, fields of law and jurisdictions. In addition to his New Zealand commercial, property and resource management experience, he gained valuable experience working in-house for a UK telecommunications company, in its property team, and in a commercial law practice in Cambodia. Tim’s international experience, which included working on large commercial projects, helps him to provide a broader perspective when assisting clients.
