Tania is an experienced Senior Legal Executive who specialises in property and business related matters. She is experienced in residential conveyancing, commercial conveyancing, property development, small and large scale subdivisions, financing work, leasing and business buy/sell transactions.
She also has extensive experience handling matters throughout all of New Zealand. Whilst working in the Nelson private client team, she is located in Christchurch and works closely with the Christchurch office. She also has experience in estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, the preparation of wills and enduring powers of attorney.
Tania has over 20 years’ experience in the property field and provides her clients a full legal service from the sale and purchase of assets, to asset protection, to estate planning. She can assist you in a wide range of property and business related transactions including acting for first home buyers, assisting with purchasing an investment property, advising on a build contract or a turnkey (off the plans) purchase.
She can also assist you with property development, subdivisions, easements, correction of defective titles and boundary adjustments.
