Summer specialises in estate and trust administration and asset planning including the preparation of wills and enduring powers of attorney.
Summer has over 10 years’ worth of experience assisting clients throughout the estate administration process, including applying for grants of probate and letters of administration to the High Court and assisting families through the administration process as smoothly as possible at what is usually a difficult time.
Christchurch has a large Trust practice and Summer also assists with the ongoing management of some of those practices.
