Before joining Duncan Cotterill, Simon held senior commercial roles across professional services and consulting, including at Accenture, KPMG, Kantar and a top‑tier New Zealand law firm. His background provides him with a strong understanding of professional services environments and the commercial drivers behind effective client engagement and sustainable growth.
