I lead the firm's Business Development and Marketing function providing strategic and operational support on the firm's client relationships. I work closely with our lawyers and management team across all five offices to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Our team’s focus is to invest time to get to know our clients at a personal and business level, to really understand what’s important to them so we can help them to succeed.
My role focuses on supporting this investment by executing our business development and marketing strategy, through managing our client relationship programme, tender management, secondments, pricing, brand and marketing communications. Prior to joining Duncan Cotterill, I worked in business development and marketing roles for a leading New Zealand firm and a global firm in the UK.
