Rick advises insurers on a large range of indemnity and liability matters.and is involved in large fire and general insurance claims, earthquake litigation, civil fraud, commercial litigation, leaky home and construction litigation as well as employment and independent contractor disputes.
Rick is an experienced advocate in both formal litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in negotiation and mediation involving general civil, WHT, CEIT and employment relations matters. He has appeared in the Court of Appeal, High Court, District Court and CEIT as well as the Employment Court and the ERA.
