Phoebe’s approach to assisting her clients is always to overlay a pragmatic and commercial lens to the technicalities of the law – be they start-up companies or large international corporates.

She has supported a broad range of clients to grow their businesses through acquisitions, gaining external investors, setting up share schemes to reward staff and assisting them with day to day commercial contracting. Phoebe has experience with tech companies, some of which she has worked with from start up through to established trading phases. She also has a passion for the agri sector and brings a high level of corporate expertise along with the experience of being with farmers out on the farm.
