I’ve been involved in a wide range of significant property developments and the management of large commercial property portfolios. I have been involved in one of the anchor projects critical to the redevelopment of the Christchurch CBD. In addition to central city projects, I continue to be involved in construction generally and in advising on project funding.

I continue to have a strong agribusiness practice and acted as the New Zealand Director for the then largest foreign landowner of high country property in the South Island. My roles include advising on a range of work encompassing acquisition, high country land interests, pastoral leases, consents and sustainable development of the land, as well as relationships with the Crown and Overseas Investment Office.

I am a leading trust lawyer and frequently advise family offices, both domestically and internationally in relation to in-bound New Zealand investment. I am also a Trustee of the Mount Peel Homestead Trust and Director of Anchorage Trustee Services Limited.
