Paul Dorrance

I’ve been involved in a wide range of significant property developments and the management of large commercial property portfolios. I’m currently advising on one of the anchor projects which is critical to the redevelopment of the Christchurch CBD. In addition to central city projects, I continue to be involved in construction generally and in advising on project funding.

I also continue to have a strong agribusiness practice and act as the NZ Director for the largest foreign landowner of high country property in the South Island. My role includes advising on a range of work encompassing acquisition, high country land interests, pastoral leases, all associated tax implications, resource management issues, consent and sustainable development of the land, as well as relationships with the Crown and Overseas Investment Office.

I am also a Trustee of the Mount Peel Homestead Trust and Director of Anchorage Trustee Services Limited.
