Paul has been involved in a wide range of significant property developments and the management of large commercial property portfolios. He has been involved in one of the anchor projects critical to the redevelopment of the Christchurch CBD, and in addition to central city projects, continues to advise in construction generally and on project funding.

Paul continues to have a strong agribusiness practice and has acted as the New Zealand Director for the then largest foreign landowner of high country property in the South Island. His roles include advising on a range of work encompassing acquisition, high country land interests, pastoral leases, consents and sustainable development of the land, as well as relationships with the Crown and Overseas Investment Office.
