Paul has enjoyed assisting clients navigate the often unique issues presented by the Christchurch earthquakes and more latterly the COVID-19 lockdowns.
Paul has published chapters on property and real estate including Thompson Reuters Commercial Real Estate in New Zealand, and the New Zealand chapter of the International Comparative Legal Guide to Real Estate 2017. He has presented seminars on various property matters, and has been involved in the review and development of standard lease forms.
