Pam Harliwich

Senior Registered Legal Executive

Pam is a Senior Registered Legal Executive working in the Christchurch commercial team. She specialises in advising clients on a broad range of property transactions including subdivisions.

She also has extensive experience in the retirement village sector (occupation rights), residential conveyancing, trust administration, estate planning, including preparation of wills and enduring powers of attorney.

Pam has a wealth of work and life experiences, having worked in both private practice (small and large firms) and in-house. Prior to joining Duncan Cotterill, she worked in-house managing the conveyancing team for a large retirement village operator.

Pam enjoys working with clients to understand their business. She acts for clients in a wide range of industries including forestry, agriculture, horticulture and viticulture.

Pam qualified as a legal executive in 1990 and is a Fellow of Legal Executives New Zealand.

  • Pam has spent over 20 years at branch and national council level of Legal Executives New Zealand (formerly New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives). She held the position of National President from 2013 to 2017 and is currently an Independent Councillor and Board member.
