Nikita is an experienced employment law specialist, having worked in both Australia and New Zealand advising a range of private and public sector clients on all stages of employment matters.
Her expertise includes providing advice on personal grievances, bullying and harassment, restructuring and redundancies as well as disciplinary procedures, performance management and medical incapacity. Nikita drafts and advises on a variety of agreements, and undertakes employment due diligence for small and large transactions. She also conducts and advises on sensitive workplace investigations.
Nikita represents clients in disciplinary and performance meetings, and mediations. She has experience in assisting with hearings in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court.
Nikita also has extensive experience in Employment Practices Liability insurance.
