Natasha has broad experience in property, private client and general commercial law.

She advises on a range of property transactions including the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, due diligence investigations and financing. Natasha regularly negotiates commercial leases for both landlords and tenants including advising on large retail leasing portfolios for tenants, shopping mall leases, construction leases, development agreements and leasing disputes. She also assists clients with the sale and purchase of businesses, company formation and shareholder agreements.

Natasha also advises on the sale and purchase of residential property including off the plan agreements and unit titles. Natasha’s private client experience includes advising on trusts (including charitable), wills, estates, enduring powers of attorney and relationship property.
