Michelle is the Head of Finance at Duncan Cotterill, where she is responsible for leading the finance and client onboarding teams.
Michelle works on the financial strategic initiatives, along with providing sound commercial and strategic financial counsel to the CE, Partnership and Board.
Michelle, originally from Scotland, moved to New Zealand in 2016 to join another top tier law firm where she held a similar role. Prior to law firms Michelle gained extensive experience in financial services focusing on financial control and impairment provisioning.
