Letitia specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing and financing, including reviewing agreements for the purchase of properties yet to be built and commonly referred to as buying ‘off the plans.’

She also has extensive experience in estate planning and estate administration including the preparation of wills and enduring powers of attorney, trust administration, applying to the High Court for probate of wills, and assisting executors to administer estates.

Recent highlights

  • Assisting with due diligence investigations and the purchase of commercial buildings including office buildings and student accommodation.

  • Assisting with the purchase of residential property including completing due diligence, KiwiSaver First Home Withdrawal Applications, Home Start Grant Applications, and bank documentation.

  • Advising clients on the establishment and ongoing administration of family trusts and assisting with the documentation and management of trust assets.

  • Obtaining Probate of wills or Letters of Administration when there is no will and assisting executors to realise assets and make distributions to beneficiaries.

  • Assisting trustees of charitable trusts with administration and the processing of applications for grants.
