Kitty advises on all aspects of employment law, including employment agreements, disciplinary processes, restructures and redundancies, performance management, and personal grievances.
Kitty has experience in health and safety matters as they intersect with employment obligations, including incident response, advising on PCBU duties. Kitty also advises clients in relation to employment practice liability insurance.
Kitty represents clients in mediations and in proceedings before the Employment Relations Authority, with a focus on achieving efficient and pragmatic resolutions.
