I manage our Human Resources function, both at strategic and operational levels. One of the key focuses of my role is to tap into and realise the potential and talent of the firm's employees, to launch and further grow inspirational careers. To enable us to achieve that vision, we need to ensure we have the right HR processes, structures and programmes in place, ranging from reputable graduate programmes, employment branding, culture and engagement, recognition and reward, training and leadership development. As a firm that on numerous occasions has won the Employer of Choice at the NZ Law Awards, the HR team works hard at maintaining a high standard of employee satisfaction.
Prior to joining Duncan Cotterill, I worked in senior HR roles at major corporates and professional services organisations both within NZ and the UK.
