As Head of Business Operations, Kirsten is responsible for managing and delivering upon major initiatives and projects that assist with the strategic development and effective operational running of the firm.
Kirsten spent 10 years leading the People and Culture team at Duncan Cotterill. This experience enables Kirsten to apply valuable firm and industry knowledge to the role, to advance the firms growth and strategic priorities.
Prior to joining Duncan Cotterill, Kirsten worked in senior HR roles at major corporates and professional services organisations both within NZ and the UK.
