  • Successfully obtaining a $1 million judgment for a victim of fraud following a five-day High Court trial over a sham separation agreement. 
  • Successfully opposed an application for a writ of habeas corpus (release from detention) brought by a parent involved in a bitter custody dispute.
  • Acted in the partially successful strike out application of a defence of truth in defamation proceedings.
  • Successful appeal against the High Court’s finding of undue influence involving a 12-year long dispute between a father and son.
