Joshua specialises in all areas of civil litigation, but has a growing focus on trust, estate, and relationship property disputes.
He is known for assisting those with the legal implications following difficult times – be it a recent separation or death in the family. Joshua represents clients on complex trust and estate disputes, prioritising straightforward advice for his clients’ desired outcomes.
As an experienced litigator, Joshua appears regularly in Court and advises on the full spectrum of family and private client matters.
Joshua has a Masters of Law (International Law) from the Australian National University, and is well equipped to advise clients on disputes with a cross-border element. He is also admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of Fiji.
