As an experienced litigator, Joshua appears regularly in Court and advises on the full spectrum of family and private client matters.

Joshua has a Masters of Law (International Law) from the Australian National University, and is well equipped to advise clients on disputes with a cross-border element. He is also admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of Fiji.

  • Successfully obtaining an order in the High Court to validate an unsigned Will, against the backdrop of allegations of undue influence. 
  • Successfully opposing an application to set aside settlement privilege in a commercial shipping dispute.
  • Acting as sole counsel in the Court of Appeal to challenge a cost decision in a complex piece of estate litigation.
