Jemma is a property and commercial lawyer, specialising in all aspects of commercial property including leasing, acquisitions and disposals, and development.

Jemma acts for property developers, investors and managers in both the private and public sectors advising on all manner of commercial property matters and transactions, big or small.  She also assists clients with general commercial matters.

Recent highlights

  • Supporting large scale commercial landlords and tenants with all commercial leasing matters in the office, industrial and retail sectors, from development and/or fitout of the leased premises right through to make good upon termination/expiry
  • Advising local and international investors on the purchase of large scale commercial real estate assets including retail shopping centres, commercial office buildings and industrial warehouses
  • Supporting public sector clients with all manner of property-related issues
