Glen is the Chief Executive of Duncan Cotterill. He supports the Partners and leads the organisation to drive Duncan Cotterill’s strategy to becoming the firm of choice for Aotearoa’s privately owned businesses.
Glen has a strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
He brings a wealth of experience from serving on governance boards for prestigious organisations including Habitat for Humanity New Zealand, Engineering New Zealand Te Ao Rangahau, and LEAD Alliance.
With over two decades of experience in commercial leadership roles, Glen has previously led a professional services engineering firm through significant growth and will lead Duncan Cotterill into its next phase of growth.
Glen joined Duncan Cotterill in October 2024.
