Anne-Marie leads the firm’s People and Culture function to manage and provide strategic and operational support on Duncan Cotterill’s people related activities to deliver to the firm’s strategy and overall success.
Her team is responsible for managing a reputable graduate programme, employment branding, culture and engagement, onboarding and retention, recognition and reward, organisational development and leadership development. As a firm that on numerous occasions has won the GradNewZealand overall winner of the law category, the People and Culture team works hard at maintaining a high standard of employee satisfaction.
Prior to her return to Duncan Cotterill, Anne-Marie worked at various other top tier New Zealand law firms in the People and Culture teams at a management level.
