Alastair has a broad range of other experience having worked in a large national firm for many years which included a 2 year secondment to a multi-national energy corporation.  He has also worked in various in-house and other roles in the UK including in banking, insolvency and fund management compliance.

Alastair brings a wealth of experience to his role and offers practical, commercial and easily digestible advice. He is admitted in both New Zealand and England & Wales.

  • Advising a large multi-national on the property aspects of the divestment of a major New Zealand site.
  • Undertaking the subdivision of a large site in Hobsonville Point, Auckland.
  • Drafting Development Agreements for a local authority for the divestment of a number of sites.
  • Undertaking the unit titling of a site in Henderson, Auckland for a joint venture.
  • Advising on various residential subdivisions in Auckland.
  • Negotiating the sublease of several floors of a large commercial building in Wellington.
