AJ is a property and commercial lawyer. She specialises in all aspects of property including subdivisions, easements, accretions and leasing. She works with a number of commercial clients providing advice on structural and operational matters.
She deals with a wide scope of work from large scale property developments and subdivision projects to capital raising, commercial leasing, business restructuring and acquisitions. Working directly with commercial clients on operational matters has her advising on bond capital raises, terms of trade, catering service agreements, loan and general security agreements and CCCFA advice. Working with clients from start to finish on projects to achieve their goals is satisfying, and a large piece of work recently optimised this where she negotiated and implemented a global distribution and licensing arrangement across 12 countries.
She also has a keen interest in block chain, the impact it has on legal solutions and how this can be implemented into future distribution network solutions.
AJ is organised and detail focussed. A real strength of hers is working though complex arrangements and finding creative but pragmatic commercial solutions.
