Aimee is a Senior Legal Executive whose main area of expertise is in the residential property and private client arena. She prides herself in providing seamless and stress-free transactions for each and every client she works with.
Aimee can assist you in a range of property related transactions; from acting for those looking to buy and/or sell; advising on first home purchases with Kainga Ora First Home Grants and KiwiSaver withdrawals; working with those looking to enter into a house and land package; or advising on investment properties.
Her practice spans a range of other property related transactions, covering freeholding cross-lease titles and boundary adjustments. She works on the full life-cycle of developments, from the acquisition of land and the subdivision process, through to the on-sale agreements advising on the best approach whether as lots, turnkey homes or land and house packages.
Aimee can also assist you with your lending refinance or restructure, involving bespoke “lending to family” type arrangements. To further complement her property practice, Aimee works with clients to provide asset protection advice, undertakes trust establishments, will and enduring power of attorney preparation, and she can also take oaths and statutory declarations.
Supporting clients on a range of employment advisory matters such as employment contracts and policies, through to restructurings and WorkSafe investigations.
