We're delighted two of our 2020 transactions have been shortlisted as excellence awardees for the NZ Lawyer New Zealand Law Awards 2021!
Both are in the Insolvency and Restructuring Deal of the Year category. The transactions are for the distressed sale of Smiths City Group for NZ$60 million in assumed debt and cash to Polar Capital LP; and the restructuring, insolvency, and exit of Jucy Group.
