The firm is delighted to announce the appointment of immigration Special Counsel Nicky Robertson, adding depth of talent and expertise to our national immigration offering.
Nicky is a specialist immigration lawyer with over 13 years’ experience assisting employers with employer accreditation and employees’ visas. She also assists individual clients, both onshore and offshore, with all types of visa applications and appeals.
She has considerable experience assisting with complex immigration issues. This includes helping prepare challenging medical and character waiver submissions, requests to the Minister of Immigration seeking the grant of special directions, appeals to the Immigration and Protection Tribunal, and contesting deportation liabilities.
