Duncan Cotterill is pleased to welcome Blenheim-based Radich Law into the firm, strengthening our presence in the upper South Island / Te Tau Ihu and reinforcing our commitment to being locally focused across Aotearoa New Zealand.

Radich Law has built a strong and trusted practice in Marlborough, with deep connections to the local community. By joining Duncan Cotterill, the team will continue to provide the same personalised service clients know and rely on, now supported by the strength, resources, and specialist expertise of a national firm.

Brian Nathan, Chair of the Board says the move reflects the firm’s focus on being embedded in the communities it serves:

“Being locally invested means becoming part of the fabric of our communities and the people who shape them. Radich Law has built an enviable and trusted practice in Marlborough, and we are honoured to continue that legacy.

Clients in Blenheim will enjoy continuity in their relationships with Peter and Miriam Radich and their team, now supported by the depth and breadth of Duncan Cotterill’s national capabilities.

Together, we will continue to build a legal practice that is agile, community-connected, and dedicated to delivering outstanding outcomes.”

Partner Miriam Radich and Consultant Peter Radich of Radich Law reflect on joining the firm and what it means for their team and clients:

“Joining Duncan Cotterill marks an exciting new chapter for our team and the clients we serve. For decades, our focus has been on providing trusted, community-centred legal support, and this step allows us to strengthen that commitment even further.

We remain the same people our clients know and rely on, now backed by the resources and specialist expertise of a national firm. It’s a partnership that preserves our local identity while opening new opportunities for our clients and our region.”

This integration further supports our ongoing commitment to building a network of regionally based teams across New Zealand, combining local insight with national capability to deliver practical, high-quality legal advice.
