The firm is delighted to announce the appointment of property, trust and commercial specialist Aimee Edwards as a Senior Associate based in the Christchurch office. Aimee brings over 25 years in the legal industry with significant experience across a range of legal areas including a strong interest in trust law and succession planning.
Aimee has worked in a number of law firms across the country including working as a partner in the Nelson region. Her recent work has covered residential, commercial and agri sales and purchases, asset protection and trust structures, commercial leasing, business sales and purchases and property renewal energy and transmission work.
Aimee enjoys working alongside clients to problem solve and advocate for them and prides herself on her ability to break down the law into understandable language. She will support Christchurch commercial partner Paul Dorrance and other commercial partners in the Christchurch office. “We are pleased to welcome Aimee into the team and for the breadth of experience and technical expertise she can offer our clients, particularly in the areas of property, asset protection and trust matters,” said Paul Dorrance.
