Richard is a specialist in commercial, business, property and trust law. His practice covers a wide range of commercial activities and advice including commercial advice, shareholder issues, property transactions and developments.

He acts on behalf of many clients buying and selling businesses and property and commercial leasing for both tenants and landlords.

Richard also has a strong interest and expertise in the area of trust law including, trust deed drafting, personal property, asset protection, estate planning, structuring and family succession. He is an independent trustee of many trusts on behalf of clients and holds a number of trusteeships and has expertise in significant charitable trusts.
