Ron has extensive experience advising clients on corporate and commercial transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholding arrangements, capital raisings, employee share plans, corporate restructurings, succession planning, commercial contracts and shareholder disputes. He also advises numerous clients on property transactions and leasing matters.

Ron advises a broad range of domestic and international clients.  These include leading corporates, multinational companies, SMEs, start-ups and high net worth individuals.  He has significant experience advising clients operating in the healthcare, technology, FMCG, construction, insurance and food and beverage sectors.

  • A US venture capital fund focussed on climate change on its investment in a provider of methane emissions solutions.
  • A heavy commercial vehicle distribution business on its acquisition of a competing business and subsequent sale to a multinational company.
  • A founding shareholder of a freight forwarding business on the sale of a majority shareholding to a listed Japanese company.
